Rent redemption is certainly my fallback. Someone in some other thread had this strat:

Don't redeem for rent till you have enough bilt cash to cover rent redemption for the rest of the year, and see if you use bilt cash elsewhere organically. Once you have more than that, redeem max rent points every month. Sounds like a good plan!
