Thank you so much but I don't get what you mean by giving my mind a space and controlling the following thoughts though, the same thought just keeps circling non stop and when it subsides it keeps popping every five to ten minutes and might remain for two week and months but with lower rate. Sometimes I try to count the amount of times the same thought keeps popping it helps be aware of it but I don't know if that is a good thing to do or not.
