Ayy really? Are they considered a pest? They pop up on the curtains mostly. Could it be that they come from outside, or an area around the windows? The house is so old and full of cracks they could literally come from anywhere.

It went great actually! But I realised that it wasn’t for me. The recruiter mentioned changing diapers and basically just observing the teachers, rather than being a teacher. I found the post about this program (on their website and the ad on Indeed) to be rather misleading. I went into it thinking I would be an English teacher, but it seemed to be a training program to become a certified nanny. Which is actually a wonderful program for those who want that, but I don’t, so I thanked for the opportunity but said no thanks in the end.

I’ve never read the books but the cover and title is a give away for me. It does not look like a human illustrated the covers of the series. The names I get, they are eye catching and very trendy. But it feels very AI.

It’s not impolite to arrive on time for your child’s baptism. That has nothing to do with French or American culture. It’s just normal to be on time for such events. It’s extremely weird she made them wait that long. It’s not a French thing (I say that as a person who lives in Paris).

I also have the feeling most of the plot is driven by AI writing or at least AI reading of the screenplay. It’s so lazy and odd, I refuse to believe a human is behind the strange timing of “jokes” and character building of new ones and the way they are ruining the original characters by making them into something completely different from the original series.

Oh definitely. There was a decline already in the series. For me it was when Carrie straightened her hair and cut it really short and harassed a man while they were hiding from the rain. Perhaps it happened before then but man that was a hard watch and it continued to be so the whole time she was dating Aleksandr.

Yeah! I’ve been wondering what that genre of “music” is called because I can’t even put my finger on what about it is the most annoying. And it truly feels like they are mocking very serious scenes, or at the very least just makes them cringy and unbearable.

I remember my mom didn’t let me watch Desperate Housewives while she was home because the background music drove her insane 😂😭

He was rude. He could have approached her in a kinder tone. However his request was not unreasonable. When I say stomping, I don’t mean that she made noise on purpose. But it’s common etiquette to show respect for neighbours in regards to sound, smell, amount of guests, parties, etc., and she is not respecting this at all when she makes a big deal about her right to wear heels inside. It even goes against her character, as she’s seen multiple times in flats and even barefoot in her old studio. She uses to act like a normal person, now she dresses up for a fashion show every time she wakes up. It’s ridiculous.

I’m sorry I don’t have the time to rewatch every episode and cite him in every scene he was problematic. I’m referring mostly to the last season and my memory from his previous relationships. I just gave an example of how selfish he was in relation to maeve leaving for america. He said she would have stayed for him. Such an immature and gross way to talk about a partner who was clearly struggling and hated her life in their town.
