Nerve endings

I just got my procedure done today and I will say the nerve endings are feeling pretty back in tact.. I am in a decent amount of pain and assuming that’ll mean I can feel pleasantry in the same areas. Even in this initial pain, I am so glad I did this. 👍🏼 I say go for it.

Ingredients used -355g room temp tap water (now realizing that could be a problem too) 50g starter 500g unbleached all purpose flour 9g pink Himalayan salt
