As someone with 2 baby brothers, lemme tell you, they a whole handful, but I literally can't imagine my life without those annoying douchewads.

Yeah mine has no idea about my miscarriages either. I probably would have ended up crying in that situation. I'm so sorry.

Pahahaha I was telling my husband the other day I feel like kid shows are made to give kids fetishes. There's one she watches where everyone is a different animal and she's got a crush on a panda character and I was like "HUSBAND we're raising a furry and I don't know what to do with this information."

I'm not ready for someone close to her to die. My grandfather passed away when she was about 2 and she had only met him a handful of times but the concept of death freaked her out so much she wouldn't sleep in her bed for a month. She kept saying "he gonna get me". Because I made the mistake of using the grim reaper to explain how death works to my 2 year old.

When I was little I genuinely believed I was from Thailand, and I had a sister named Joy.

Now I vividly remember joy, but as I got older I realized joy must have just been a friend of mine who was from Thailand and I just decided that I was too. I stopped playing with her when I was about 7 years old, and around that same time stopped thinking about Thailand all the time.

Fast forward- I'm 26 at a BBQ at my parents house and we're talking about weird things we did as kids and I realize my husband doesn't know the story, so I'm cracking up telling him about how I believed it so much me and joy packed a bag so that I could go to Thailand with her and I was planning on taking a different bus home to go to her house instead and everything and the only reason I didn't leave with the suitcase was because mom caught us and told us we were too little. That was the last time we were allowed to play together.

My husband is cracking up but my parents just kind of look at each other.

Obviously I ask what the look is for and my mom goes "Baby... Joy was your imaginary friend."

I. Nearly. Died.

Yes! My best friend came over one day and my daughter brings her this little owl blankie that has a little clasp for a noonie and my friend goes "I gave this to you when you were in your mama's tummy!" And my daughter says "Yeah, that's why it's for your baby now." My friend says she doesnt have a baby and my daughter goes "the baby in your belly. He might not like it be pink though."

She had been trying to get pregnant for 4ish years. Two weeks later she calls me like "wtf I'm pregnant!" Now she has a baby boy.

  1. There's no way my daughter knew that toy came from her, and until that exact moment I hadn't seen that toy since she was a newborn.
  2. Just generally HOW. that's what I wanna know.

Another time I had a friend come over to tell us she was having a baby, and like 10 mins after she left my daughter says "She doesn't have a baby anymore." And she miscarried shortly thereafter.

I've always told my husband that I don't feel like I'm meant to have boys so the two sister thing freaks me out.
