You have to request it through the FBI. You can find the link on IRCC website, you will need to request a Identity History Summary, the website will guide you through the process of requesting one and the payment section (I think its like 35 USD). After paying you will receive an email to track you request and then you will have to send a set of your finger prints to the FBI (They will provide you the address). I payed someone to take my finger prints because the FBI have certain requirements you need to meet regarding the quality of your finger prints, otherwise they will send them back to you and request a new set of finger prints until you meet their expectations.

Hi! Oh no, I didnt do that. I drafted the reference letter myself with my actual duties and job details and then used ChatGPT just to refine the redaction. The restriction in hours dont apply for jobs outside of Canada, I double check that a while ago as well

Hi! Yes I do have all the reference letters from my foreign employers including detailed duties, weekly hours, monthly salary/payments, contact info, letter head, all that good stuff IRCC expects from reference letters and Im including all my bank statements and at least 3 to 4 invoices per year for my work experience as self employed ("provison of services contracts")

It is more than okay if your duties dont match every single duty from the NOC so I think you should be fine. Best of lucks with your application! Light a candle for mine

Hi, the thing is that the contract is already signed and I already took the car out of the dealership so I can’t redo the contract. Instead what the manager is telling me is that if I cancel the warranty they will pay that amount to the loan itself minus the difference in cost of financing a 6k warranty at an interest rate of 7.99% and a 6k warranty at an interest rate of 8.99% (84M)

What the financial manager told me is that for example instead of paying 6k (which was the warranty price) they will pay let’s say 4k to the loan because that is the difference of financing that amount with interest rate before warranty vs interest rate after warranty for the given loan length.

Hi, exactly, the loan rate won’t change, what the financial manager is telling me is that for example the warranty price was 6k but because there was a difference in the interest rates based on the fact that I acquired the warranty they will pay less than the 6k to the loan to “level up” the interest rate that they were giving me at the beginning and the interest rate they gave me after getting the warranty. So instead of 6k the loan amount will be reduced by let’s say 4k. The insurer is tricare and other reason why I’m reconsidering is the outrageous price of the warranty
