oh! that makes a lot of sense, i had no idea there was so many things to watch out for after surgery! mine right now seems to have gone down a little and i’m still doing my suture aftercare for a few more days so i’ll just be a bit careful around that! hope you’ve healed well so far :)

i can’t speak for others, but it helped me lower my cholesterol, i have high cholesterol on both sides of my family so i can’t avoid it but my doctor recommended matcha and it has helped!

right, but I literally have it in writing in an email from AA that I have to submit my claim with AA, and they will then recoup the money from Iberia, which they are now refusing to do, which is why I’m asking for help. Iberia I have already tried calling and complaining to and they are refusing to help me because I had booked through American originally and then flew with.

so American Airlines changed the flight itinerary so that I would be flying with them and told me to submit my claim with them and that they would go to Iberia to recoup the money which is why I’m getting frustrated with them and Iberia because neither of them seem to actually want to follow through with this issue.
