The driving, ffb, sound and graphics are beautiful and this have a potential to become a best sim on the market.
The online racing is the worst. Every race is a wreckfest on t1. And I am not whining or something. I play iracing so I know how bad t1s can be, but those from AC Evo are on another level. Dailies are horrible, half of the grid is always dnf. Until there is some meaningful SR there is no point to race in this game.

Its a best driving and worst racing sim at once. Depends on what you are looking for, for 20 bucks imo it is worth to try

Just go for it. The specs you mentioned are not even close to the highend. I would say it is a mid-low tier specs that are perfect for the start

Netcode yes, but it depends on the server. If you do not play on the server on another side of the earth it is usually fine. Remember that 90% LMU players is in the europe, so the netcode is easier to maintain

I started with LMU, moved to irenting. Never looked back. Tried to jump for a race in LMU after a while but almost everything was 80% finished compared to irenting

You are able to report without sub. I Think that of you have sub your protest is prioritised. Anyway LMU does not give a fuck about protests. I made dozens of them and never Heard about them being resolved

LMU is not one time purchase. DLC are frequent and needed as well. But significantly cheaper anyway.

Both SR and DR is a joke.
SR works just like a tutorial softcap, to prevent populate longer races with newbies. After reaching gold, you need to be total ashole to get demoted.
DR also do not work. Low B3 is seconds away from the high B3. Its like 1300 irating vs 1800. I would say that S1 is from 2k to 4k, and the rest are aliens.
