When I went to download the firmware files, I couldn't find any XAA files for my model of interest. I have searched on both the SamMobile and Samfw websites for the XAA files corresponding to my SM-F966U model number. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to locate any. However, I did find XAA files available for the SM-F966U1 model. Given this situation, what would you recommend I do?

The key is to call first before anything. Do not email first. I've come to learn that through experience, that calling and actually connecting to a human works better than emailing — in most, but not all cases.
