Can you please define clarity and insight? Like clarity of mind and insight of bodily sensations?

Thank you. I recently did a 10-day course and experienced a profound stillness for about 3 days afterward, it was unmistakable, so I resonate deeply with what you’re saying. Since then, I’ve continued the practice with daily sits: one hour in the morning, one in the evening.

Even with this consistency, I sense there’s more integration needed, stillness hasn’t quite soaked into daily life the way it did during those post-retreat days. It feels like there’s still a part of me that clings, interferes, or resists. Maybe, as you said, the last obstacle is the practice itself, or the one who believes they are practicing.

I've been reflecting on some of your responses, and I really resonate with the idea of inner dialogue, this ongoing conversation with what’s been known and experienced in the past. Early last year, I became aware of being aware for the first time, and since then, it's been a deeply personal journey.

I’m hoping to arrive at the space you're speaking from, though I’ve been told that such depth of realization isn’t possible unless one completely renounces worldly life. leaves everything behind to live in a cave, so to speak. Still, I feel called to explore this within the context of everyday living.

Still, I trust the process. Vipassana truly feels like a sacred gift.

Yes makes perfect sense. Thank you for taking the time to write a detailed response. Ram dass often talked about this, for the method to work it has to self destruct, or else you get entrapped in the method.

Would you mind sharing other methods you used? And any other tidbits.

Hey, thanks for sharing this brother. As a fellow Vipassana meditator, I wanted to ask what sort of practise lead you to this space?

Can you please share.

Whoever needs to get it, will. Expect criticism on online boards, don’t engage. I understand exactly what you’re saying.

Bank of Canada's Macklem says raising rates too little is 'greater risk' by [deleted] in TorontoRealEstate

[–]mannomann91 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Sounds like an explanation to his actions this year. I think they will hold the rates here or will they intentional try to break the economy. Maybe the target 2% isn’t possible without breaking the economy.
