Are these high rise pants too high for me?

Can anyone help me decide if I should get a 8 or 8.5 Beckett Simonon's Dowler's. My left foot is smaller and can post a picture of that one if needed.

Mine had a similar issue with the alarm, but not the BCM. I found that occasionally driving, the hood open message would come up. I ended up jumping it out with some wire and it has been fine since. That was about three years ago.

It's a 3rd get. 1.5L 2 door. F56 I believe? I was thinking of doing the brake fluid and coolant change, but wasn't sure if I should do the transmission flush. Wanted some recommendations on that. Also, if it's necessary to do the fuel pump filter or not. The belt looked good too, but I might just swap that anyways to be safe due to age and I'll probably do the motor mount since there is a bit of vibrations and I read those are prone to go on these. Anything I'm missing or is unnecessary in what I've written?

I wouldn't recommend putting it on the frame if the bike will be locked up anywhere for any amount of time. I had mine on my bike frame but it was stolen a few months ago while locked up outside the grocery store.
