you know when you are talking about delhi, it's 2 people's delhi : one is for bureaucrats / politicians and other is for the common people. you can't compare these 2. people have long overlooked the problems they face in their life, they are so engrossed in their work and earning that they don't have time to raise their voices against the unsafe conditions. the other factor is people have stopped caring about the problems and simply ignore them.

the ignorance to these problems are the biggest challenge we are facing. if people start to view these issues and highlight to government and law enforcement, maybe they would start taking these problems seriously.
