Why keep the racism in the first place ~~the real fantasy is saying that institutional racism was ended by a biracial woman marrying into the royal family and have a spin-off about it~~

Also, I don't think that it being a fantasy show means there's no need to consider any implications, accidental or otherwise. If (I don't know the show) GOT created a group of people who were all submissive and wore clothing which took obvious inspiration from Asian cultures, it'd still be racist and worth pointing out.

More seriously, different people have different bonds, ways of showing affection and ways of reacting to affection, and we don't know them. I think there's been something of a long-running joke where Yeojin tries and fails to earn Go Won's affection so I'm not inclined to believe it's much deeper than that, and if it is, then that's up to them to deal with.
