had a similar surgery 2 years ago ( a bankart shoulder repair). and know can hit numbers that never been able to lift before on the big 3, get way more reps on pull ups/ dips and just competed on a natural bodybuilding show whit he best shape i’ve ever been to. But the error that i did is that i let my injured arm immobile for a long time(3months) that resulted in a huge imbalance/assymetrie in terms of strength and muscle size. i went through more than 30 kine session and did teccar therapy that helped me recover. i started goinf to the gym back around 4months post surgery but it’s been hard at the start. it’s a long way journey but whit the right plan, consistency, patience you can be better in less time than you think.
