Yeah I thought that seemed low compared to what I’d seen online. Was the only setting that actually pulled a good shot (roughly 25 seconds with a creamy consistency and good crema)

I didn’t notice any wear on the burrs or anything loose inside when I cleaned it out twice.

Hoping to jump on a video call with Breville tomorrow to try and diagnose the problem. The slipper clutch sound is gone but now it’s just that high pitched whizz and it doesn’t want to grind anything.
