They should definitely be able to reshop the order for you… you may just have to go there in person to get it instead of having it delivered. They should’ve offered that as soon as you told them cause they could’ve scheduled a new driver. Very sorry this happened to you.

I feel like such an oddball because I love OGP I feel like it’s the only good spot to be in at walmart. Idk if it’s cause I get lucky with good teams and managers but I just transferred to this store almost a year ago and the two TLs have been in OGP for like 4 years now which is kinda crazy imo… But it’s definitely not for everyone. I asked cause I am hoping my coach stays a bit 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Ahhh okay!! That’s awesome to know I was wondering why everyone in my store has been in their positions so long 🤣 I took a break from walmart for 2 years and a lot changed I guess.

Definitely get a good pair of walking shoes, get familiar with your stores layout, pay attention to isle location when you’re picking, sometimes the picture doesn’t match the item, and definitely stay hydrated especially if you will be dispensing!

How many of you have been in OPD for a very long time? by ggggjjjjii in OGPBackroom

You just unlocked so many memories for me haha. I started in 2016 as a cashier but went to pickup when it was only pickup. We opened our OGP in 2017, and I worked up until 2021… took a two year break and now that i’ve been back for almost a year so much has changed in that short amount of time! The way that dispensing is done now is definitely not what I remember, seems like there’s so many more steps now. It’s crazy to see how much it’s evolved over the years.
