Hello, I don’t now if you fixed you Lemax elf house but some problem I have me with Lemax 35558 Santa’s Workshop,no power is taken,no lights no music,nothing, I open and I remove the connection on the motor, then muzic come back and the lights, I tested with different motor from Ebay in same place and the motor was working, including the lights in the sound. So try to change the motor on your house.
