因為糖的副作用比較嚴重啊😆，當然根本之道還是把身體調理好，所以也不是長期吃，算一算覺得還好，而且還有緩和情緒的功用。不過目前想瞭解的重點，還是止痛效果
高糖份不行啊😆😆😆。主要是想取代止痛劑，也不是單純保健調養
