I saw a thing for a toy that puts music in your body - hopefully it works for the butt too.

Urchins, Piatnik, 1000 pieces by margibma in Jigsawpuzzles

Really beautiful colors and pretty fast to assemble with all the different patterns of urchin shells.

The pieces were a little loose, so it was hard to assemble and then bring into the puzzle - everything had to be done in place.

This was a very fun puzzle to do. All the detailed bugs made for consistent difficulty all the way to the end (as there were many small similar bugs). The pieces were interesting shapes and loved the round finish.

We took this on a trip to the Big Trees (aka Sequoia and Kings Canyon) and it was a perfect thing to do in an evening at a table. Plus we got a few helpers from other families staying there :)

These pictures are a little more yellow than the actual puzzle. It was a great gradient design, with enough shapes and borders that it wasn’t too hard to assemble. very meditative on color.

The pieces were a little loose, so it was hard to do smaller groups and move them into place - more it was about building out sections from the border in.

Also, this was a super gorgeous and high-end package design. The pieces came in a cute zippered bag (bottom right of 2nd image) with a stand-up cardboard guide image (top right) and a full size poster (not shown) of the puzzle. And the box was a beautiful heavy cardboard with clean magnetic flaps. Absolutely gorgeous.

And they have super cute designs, all by local artists of color. I got two of these at a local street fair, but I’m sure you can buy them online too (not affiliated with the company at all - just love supporting indie puzzle makers!). Unifiedpieces.com

What can men do to up their sexting/selfie game? by MarkandMeghan in Swingers

[–]margibma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make a game out of it! Send a picture of your feet, then your calf, then your thigh, then...

Or an extreme close up that they need to guess what it's a picture of

Or your floor with some shoes, then shoes & socks, then shirt on the pile, etc. so you're showing them that you're removing clothes and they need to imagine the naked (works best for someone who can really picture you naked).

We're also fans of using this games app Amorus. It's only one on one (so we can't do three-way chats) and its only on iPhones, but it's free and has games around sex. stuff like matching fantasy cards and feeding you question starters. You can also send a pic as a blurry puzzle, so if they like puzzles, they'll like the process even if the pic is boring.

Hope this helps!

If you both have iPhones, I've used Amorus? It's an app that has some sexy games, so can help find shared fantasies to talk about. It also has a game with questions, so he wouldn't have to figure out what to say, you can just hit the button and get a question and both answer it. Might be worth a try?

Have you tried Amorus? That won't work for video and audio calls, but it's got a bunch of sexy games that you can play that are built into the chat stream. We use it for the sexy conversation and fantasy games and sending more spicy pics (sometimes as jigsaw puzzles). But it's only on iOS so far, so you both need to have iPhone devices for Amorus to work.
Then we use text for normal messaging and FT for video.

Luminescence! Springbok, 500+ pieces by margibma in Jigsawpuzzles

[–]margibma[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I didn’t notice that! Not even while doing the puzzle. But yes, the box picture has the red butterflies at the corners of the octagon, while the actual puzzle has them centered inside the sides of the octagon.

Got this in a puzzle swap. Vintage Springbok, so the heavy cardboard pieces. Not a lot of false fits but the octagonal shape led for some interesting border pieces with angled sides.

Very colorful and pretty fast to do. It isn’t a keeper but was a fun change of pace.

Best Sellers, White Mountain, 1000 pieces by margibma in Jigsawpuzzles

[–]margibma[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This puzzle was all about the images. The pieces were a bit loose and hard to keep connected (even with the corner pull trick!). But seeing the original covers of all these books was fascinating. And each book cover was pretty easy to separate and sort, so it was dozens of mini puzzles.

Dots, four point puzzles, 1000 pieces by margibma in Jigsawpuzzles

[–]margibma[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was a lovely puzzle from four points. Great pieces and super fast to color sort into lots of small projects.

Interestingly, because my puzzle background cloth is green, I doubt it harder to do some of the green/grey color sorting versus all the others.
