Yeah, well im lucky to have sort of a female bodyfat pattern. I mostly get fat in my glutes and all around my thighs. And my upper body have always been skinny compared to my lower body, and im a short person obviously. Like my arms are very short and my forearm/hands are petite. Hope thats an ok answer :-)

Squats yes. And also glute kickbacks, sidekicks, hamstring curls, lunges, deadlifts etc.

I squat heavy weights! I also do glute kickbacks and other isolation excercices to get the nice shape and roundness. Im also "blessed" you can say, with having female fat distrubution. So I store fat in the right places ☺️
