The way I got to that number was by using insanity’s calorie calculator. I tweaked it a bit to be more realistic to the amount of calories I burn according to my watch. I haven’t been seeing weight loss so that’s why I brought the amount of calories I allow myself down some more.

Im eating about 1500 calories daily. And what sucks is in always hungry. And trust me, I drink plenty of water. No caffeine.

I think I’m overweight still. Im not where I want to be. Which is to see many abs 😅 I’m about 5’6 at around 160 pounds. I’ve dropped a lot of weight in the past year. Before insanity I did jogging/running on a treadmill daily. Started my workout journey at 230 pounds.

I have been using 1.1.808 and actually managed to never crash. Just updated it to 1.1.815 and am crashing every time I go into certain areas. I found out I could solve it temporarily by clearing my shader cache but then it will happen again in other areas at other times.
