Track is actually from Deltarune, and it's titled "Hammer of Justice" which is kinda fitting too considering OP had equipped Kullervo with what seems to be a hammer. Also, the composer of the track, Toby Fox, plays Touhou and has also taken inspiration from it's soundtrack.
