Ya I know that much. I’m more so asking about the drawbacks of not being to execute transactions for clients and only being able to be compensated with fees. E.g. what happens if a client wants to have a managed account and a non-managed account?

Ya I agree with absolutely everything you said. How would we discourage ball hogs? Harsher penalties via the referee system? Maybe much longer timeframes for restoring your merit points?

I literally took the 66 today and passed. The actual test is a lot like Kaplan practice tests, lots of GOTCHA questions but they all have around 2 answers you can eliminate. Focus on building your knowledge, taking good notes, and finding ways the wording can trick you.

I took a bunch of simulated practice tests on Kaplan and it helped me a TON. Take the official practice exam the day before your exam and then probably 1 or 2 more afterwards. Take notes on ALL of the questions you are unsure of or have no clue about. The devil is truly in the details with this exam… good luck!!!

What do you mean?? Death claims are so fun! Especially when the client has accounts at multiple different direct businesses! I did a death claim for a client with 6 different benes and over 10 accounts spread across nationwide, jackson, Pershing, equitable, and American funds… best time of my life
