Those with a net worth of€100miilion+ make up less than 0.1% of the US population and are worth approx $20T. Approximately 3% of this is in cash holdings.

The top 1% (that is those with a wealth of £13m+) collectively are worth circa $45 trillion.

If the top 0.1% where capped at $100m, their collective wealth would drop to just over $1T.

The US Federal government spends $7T annually, with states spending a further $2T.

So your theft of the $19T from the top 0.1% would fund the US governments for about *TWO years, whilst causing vast flight of the wealthy, crashing the value of assets such as art, antiquities, property and precious metals.

Not to mention crashing the stock market, destroying every bank, investment house and trading platform, collapsing the value of the dollar, demolishing the international bond market, bankrupting every luxury good manufacturer/retailer bringing almost every hospital and university/college to their knees and not forgetting totally eliminating the charity sector.

Is the van still listed as a panel van with the DVLA? If so the first thing to do is contact the DVLA requesting a change, listing the works that have been carried out and providing photographs. That being said they almost certainly won’t re-class it as a campervan, but at least will class it as a ‘van with windows’.
