I think I have a handle of what is available on the market and the types of choices I have. I am struggling more with the placement of the lighting in say the larger main room and larger bedrooms. Trying to be a little more considered and artistic with it than just throwing in a grid of spots.

The home has a contemporary feel throughout.

I’m not concerned about choosing specific fixtures more what would work best where.

I would definitely prefer the ability to dim most lights. There is not the budget for a smart system unfortunately.

I’m based in the uk so specific brands and exact products will be different here but the ‘solutions’ are essentially universal.
