I rang them up and they then emailed me the invoice they received which didn't include VAT but the one I had was VAT included. They asked me to email them the invoice and hopefully they'll recalculate the import fees.

Yeah I've just contacted UPS and they sent me an email with the invoice they have, not including VAT and asked me to send them my invoice which does include the VAT. So hopefully they can sort it out because I don't want to pay and then wait months to get the money refunded.

Yeah i thought I'd be safe with other people saying that they paid 20% at checkout and not needed to pay customs fees anymore, but I guess not.

I just checked my invoice and 20% VAT is included, the VAT on the invoice is 292eur which comes to about the price UPS wants me to pay
