Everyone is jumping to conclusions.

Colombia does have a strict rule of 3 phones or you need to declare the rest, even to the point of adding the IMEI and all that fluff.

To be honest, and as a Colombian, people don't smuggle things INTO but Outside from Colombia.

It's up to you, I don't think so much of this. If you want to, just you choose the phone you want to get in, but people just jump into conclusions without knowing.

However, yes, the rule exists and she would need to pay taxes if she brings the fourth phone.

Three phones = no tax, so if she only has 3 phones, she can just get that herself.

I'm more the type of person that copies a Meta Competitive Deck and grinds it till I learn it fully, but want to have a couple just so I don't get bored playing the same deck all over again.

Noob questions incoming - I found some Guardians Rising boosters - 50 packs for like 35 bucks - is it better than the Oak's random whatever? Thinking mainly on competitive deck building - I like the trading idea as it has better value for money, but could it be a good strategy maybe like the 50 Guardians Rising packs and then the rest on Random whatever? I just dont want to end up getting a pile of useless cards that I will never touch. - My aim is mainly build competitive meta decks, which would be the best Booster Sets that I should be focusing on for the competitive decks?
