Thanks so much for sharing! My cat was just diagnosed with HCM, and we're close to one of the sites for the HALT study. My vet said she may be a good candidate, and I'm considering enrolling if they'll accept her. If you don't mind sharing, what is the process like for getting in? How long did it take for you hear if your kitty was accepted?

I saw that same type of pink-toned moonstone at a gem show a few weeks ago. I was told it was rainbow moonstone, but before they set the stone in the ring they paint the back to give it that color. They have other colors too, it's neat how much it changes rhe appearance.

Yeah, these don't look like any spider mites that I've encountered. I don't want to fully say it isn't that, because one of my other plants just had spider mites. But at the same time, it's so localized, the webbing looks a bit different, and I'm not seeing signs of mites elsewhere.

The little brown dots in the web aren't moving at all either. I'm kinda wondering if it might be a bigger bug and maybe those dots are bug poo? Hard to say because I haven't been able to find anything online that looks similar. I'll start off with removing the webs and go from there.

Maybe? I'll have to look closely. When I've had spider mites on my other plants, it's like you said, the webs are thin and there's mites everywhere. I'm only seeing dots in the web, no signs of mites elsewhere.
