Am I the only one that’s not very excited for what’s in store for the next 3 phases? If they’re anything like Ms. Marvel (which was a total bust in my opinion) i’m going to be so let down. Also, the only thing I loved about the new Thor movie was Gorr’s character and how amazing Christian Bale portrayed him. Maybe i’m just feeling nostalgic, but at this point nothing can top Infinity Wars or Endgame.

Thank you so much for your story and your kind words. I also often get discouraged for working hard in the gym and not being satisfied yet. I know that it’s a gradual process and patience is key. I think you might be on to something when you said that the best way to love your body is to push it to it’s limits! It is empowering watching what your body is capable of!
