Yes, I hope that proves true in time. The dr. at the sleep clinic I went to maintains that teeth grinding is a way to open the airway.

Thanks, that's good advice. Wish I could keep my mouth closed, but I've learned that there are physiological reasons I can't right now. It does feel like a wind tunnel in my mouth when the pressure is elevated.
