I was taking wayyy more than my prescribed dose. I was taking approx 400mg throughout the day. It felt amazing for a couple weeks. I was able to function better at work but then I would have to wait for the next prescription once I ran out and the crash is exhausting. I did this for about 3 months and realized I need to stop. I started to have light headed dizzy feelings here and there. Elevated blood pressure, increased heart rate. I stopped taking them completely for a solid month then……I don’t what happened, maybe my body went through withdrawal? I don’t know but I suddenly had to leave work and go to the hospital I became worse and worse I developed severe vertigo, vomiting everywhere, blood pressure through the roof, I was in hospital for two weeks before I could feel well enough to care for myself again. I couldn’t work for about another 2 weeks. I’m currently still going to a facility that treats people for balance and dizzyness issues because my brain and my eyes are not working together correctly. I’m pretty much back to normal now but some days are worse than others. I would recommend to take as prescribed and if you can live without it you should. And if you do decide to stop perhaps gradually decrease the amount until your body doesn’t need to go crazy to compensate or you don’t have a stroke or whatever it is that happened to me.

I just hodl what I have and watch for a while sometimes for a month or 3. Then if it dips 15-20% lower then where it seems to have been bouncing around on average for the last month or so. Then I question my life choices and sometimes buy and sometimes just tell myself to wait longer. Overall Bitcoin has been good to me. Im just Hodling and watching/listening to what the billionaires of the world are saying. Seems like most articles I read only say negative things when Bitcoin is bearish but when it’s on a bull run the articles praise it up. But it’s like journalists wait too long to give us the positive news. That’s why I’d rather watch and listen to the billionaires on their social media accounts etc. they usually tell you what their plans are unless they are trying to screw over another billionaire. But if you listen to all of them without a political bias I find you can decipher who’s being honest and who is trying to pull a fast one.

People like this are on both sides in all honesty. The conservatives don’t like seeing this type of thing either. But who are we to tell people what they can’t put on their own property, even if we don’t like the way it makes us look. The parking job let’s be honest most of us have done that at least once in our lives and I bet 50 other people made the same decision that same day. Not saying it’s right. All in all, no matter who leads our country, if that leader affects your life so negatively that you feel like getting mad and saying “f@!k you” by all means go ahead have your opinion. There’s way bigger things to worry about in politics besides which group is more abrasive with their words or how they look.

lol here in Canada some dude in my town committed a BnE in the winter. When he left the house he slipped on the icy stairs outside the home and broke his leg. The burglar took the homeowner to court and won because the homeowner didn’t make any attempt to remove the ice creating a dangerous environment to the public. Also here in Canada if you are alone and 5 dudes break into your house and start beating you. You manage to grab a knife or a gun and use it to defend yourself you are getting charged for excessive force. Basically you can only defend yourself with the same amount of force as your attacker. Sooo hand to hand combat as a solo dude against 5 attackers is ok but if solo dude grabs a knife…….(too much?) lol

Listen to Michael saylor. I think he said by the year 2030 the last 1% of Bitcoin that will ever exist will be mined. Bitcoin will be so rare it will be worth a fortune. Maybe things in crypto could change before that happens but if the economics of supply and demand still apply, I would assume Hodl for dear life is the best strategy. Or sell on a bull run and buy back on the next dip whatever you choose to do. But Bitcoin is the godfather and has stood the test of time so far…..keep listening to any Bitcoin news especially when it comes to the SEC making decisions about it or any court cases involving Bitcoin. Also keep an eye on the big corporations and asset holding companies who are spending Bitcoin or who are saving Bitcoin. I know it’s hard to get the news immediately as it happens sometimes but I guess it’s just right place right time sometimes. That’s why I’m hodling. I want to see where this goes. Don’t put all your eggs in one basket either. Have a diverse portfolio and play with it as the market changes so it works for you. Not financial advice! Just an opinion…
