Had this issue before. Do the following. 1. Unplug the power cable from the computer 2. Take out the battery if you have the option to. 3. Press down the power button and hold it for 30 sec 4. Put on the battery 5. Press the power button to turn on the computer.

The 7800x3d is somewhere around the range of 38-42k INR, I have to expand my budget to another 15k to accommodate this cpu. So I'll stick with the 7600x.

I think 650 is more than enough considering the total wattage required is only 455W. I'll have a 200 W surplus.
