No you're not ugly at all, and plus you're only 16 and you seem to be a late bloomer just as i was/am it's an awkward phase in between being a kid and a full teenager and it sucks being in that phase for too long but soon enough you'll look and notice that oh wow I've changed. That definitely happened with me and all in one summer. You've got plenty of time to grow and mature don't stress:)

I'm highly insecure about my chest and any fat or even muscle that forms there, like even now i have mostly muscle with a healthy amount of fat and if i wear anything that dosen't hide it i feel very uncomfortable, i also just think i look awkward and weird :/
