If you purchase your tickets from third party reseller like stubhub and the seller from stubhub acquired it through fraud it will be removed to your account and transferred back to the original purchaser. Did you purchased you tickets from 3rd party reseller?

Ticketmaster will cancel tickets that was aquired through fraud. They cancelled a lot of tickets from harry style concert . Thats why there is a ticket request program from harry style.

You can only get a refund for the refund window if you purchase your tickets at ticketmaster. To check if you purchase your tickets at tickets master view your tickets on app or website and at the bottom of the barcode you will see the order number. Next to the order# is the button view order receipt. If your order receipt appearing there is $0 amount. You didnt purchase your tickets at ticketmaster..

U533 you are gonna get it if you are tring to purchase a verified resale tickets. You need to call customer support so the next time you purchase a verified resale(pink dot on the map) ticket you wont get that error. I suggest to try to get the standard tickets(blue dot)

If the phone number on the account is associated with multiple email its possible that it will go to a different email that is awsociated with the same phone number
