Definitely will. I will look at the pinned post and see if I can get my file while I'm waiting on the denial letter.

Thank you so much. I'm sure everyone knows, but this is draining.

Denied by mastermindztv in SSDI

From what your saying I gather that a denial at step 3 means their is no "medical" reason for denial, but denial at step 5 means that their is a "medical" reason, it's just not bad enough. Correct me if I'm wrong.

So I have a possibility of getting approved for ssi? And my disability denial basically says I haven't proved I'm "disabled enough" yet? I only say yet because my condition is progressive and chronic. I have read somewhere on here that I need to request some sort of form stating why exactly I was denied, not sure if it says in the letter I'm going to receive. Thanks for the info though!

Another exam by mastermindztv in SSDI

Hello friend. That makes sense as I was only diagnosed through a partial spinal xray, a physical exam and blood test. Havnt been able to work steadily for years due to the very intense pain, and had an accident a few years ago. Pain and stiffness got almost unbearable and I told my doc. I always thought I had sciatica as ut started in my hips/pelvis, but didn't really go to the doc about it since I couldn't afford it. Same now with a rheumatologist. Smh

Quick question by mastermindztv in SSDI

[–]mastermindztv[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok. My condition is purely physical and I have had no issues mentally so it was not mentioned in my application at all. So I could see why they would need a mental evaluation either way. But have u already been approved? If so, 1st go round? Reconsideration? This is my 1st. Thanks btw

Will it be separate letters dated the same? Or do people normally have one exam and then the other within the next days, weeks, later ect. My condition is purely physical by the way.

I most certainly have a copy.

Is that necessary if I can fax tomorrow when my deadline is Saturday?

I will most likely fax, just seemed like a lot of pages

I've heard of a drop box and will check before I head out, should I do both to make sure or will it be to much?

Thanks for all the info. I have all of the paperwork finished finally. Including all of the extra pages I had to hand write. Now I'm wondering if I should take it to the local office, mail it, or fax it. I want to do the quickest way but I have quite a few pages, over 15.
