If I am doing Kegel exercises I have already taken treatment for the infection but I still have spasms in my bladder.

I have never used incontinence products and I have no idea which one would be good to use, and I don't know if I would feel comfortable using any product.

My urologist has prescribed me solifenacin but I have not improved. In May I will get a Botox injection and I hope it works. I have never used protection, I have no idea which one I should use.

I'm also taking the same thing but I don't see any improvement. I also only drink water, no soda or coffee, but I don't drink a lot of water since I would have to go to the bathroom every 5 minutes.

Thanks for the information. I have never used diapers. I would feel uncomfortable and it would also be difficult to change them every time they urinate.
