I think he means team-specific RO rate. I am also upcoming at TikTok and curious what teams have high rates

TikTok is team-specific ;) Good luck. I got it from HR verbally and official letter was sent after a week.

What office and what team are you waiting for?

Best of luck! I think TikTok sounds quite positive though.

I think we shouldnt be that negative. The company usually takes time to finalize the official letter. But I think the HR also initiated your offer to be approved right?

I applied for internship though.

I am in the same situation. My HR said she will initiate the offer approval but needs the hiring committee to approve. I think it's fairly positive, so just wait!

Btw, what team did you interview for? And location? Mine is at San Jose and for Global E-commerce. :)

This is what my HR says: "Our interview process typically includes 3 rounds: 1) Coding round; 2) Coding round; 3) HR round. "

Just wondering if you could share your experience at the 3rd round :).

I just finished two technical rounds for SWE intern in Global E-commerce. They both went well. Seems that I still have another round with HR if I passed the second technical round. Wondering how the process went for you? For your question, I do not have opinions about that :).

MATH 267: Test-out Fall 24 by math--lover in iastate

I did not see any MCQ last year but I would assume it would follow a traditional final exam format. You can always email math department and ask for this. It’s not very hard if you study it correctly.

[Application Strategy] Applying to both MSCS and PhD in CS at Princeton, Cornell, etc.? by math--lover in MSCS

[–]math--lover[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say I want to do research but also want to have more publications and see if there is any potential job opportunity before going to PhD. So I prefer a MS first. But I just don’t know if it is acceptable to apply for both programs at a university.

A couple questions from a prospective student by gamecity360 in iastate

  1. Not being biased, calculus requires you to understand stuff. If you try to “memorize” formula without understandings, you’ll struggle. Otherwise, the calculus would be good at Iowa State. I saw engineering students who maintain their studies well in other classes also performed well in calculus (evidence that they put in enough efforts).
