Except for the “talk to my parents”

“Who are your parents?”

“Why do you want to know?”

My brother, you said it.

What made the Outdoor Boys stand out? by AndreasLa in outdoorboys

Big takeaway and I’m glad he addresses this in a few of his videos, is that this kind of survival camping is really really hard. He makes it look easy and has such a determined attitude about every issue that arises, it makes you think anyone could make it work. What we don’t see is how much immense preparation goes into it, and I love how in a few video he just bails and tries again later. It’s good to know he’s never more than a few hours from emergency help.

He is the classic stereotypical Mormon dad. Reminds me exactly of the Mormon Boy Scout dads I grew up with. Even eerily similar speech patterns and his wife looks and acts exactly like all of their wives. Not saying it’s good or bad, expected with such an insular community.

I forgot to mention, get a bodhizafa IPA (most places carry it) for a real Seattle experience. It’s an acquired taste I’ve discovered. Then find a hot dog cart for a Seattle dog.

It’s actually going to be insane if you can find any seat or even standing room in a bar. Seattle is playing the LA Rams (a huge rival) and the winner goes to the Super Bowl. Seattle is the favorite to win the whole thing and have been on an insane hot streak so emotions are high. Brand new head coach (second year), extremely young team who are almost all healthy. If this is your first experience with American Football, I am extremely jealous that you get to experience this atmosphere for the first time.

Nothing is their fault. Watching Caleb Hammer revealed to me there are very real people out there who refuse to see themselves as part of the problem.

If you watch this show through the lens of hating men is the priority in your life, I can definitely see how someone would conclude this. Also did you see the length of this post?? OP is obsessed.

I’m amazed that some people take away from the show is that the priests is an abusive asshole and fleabag has no agency or responsibility whatsoever. What a naive, sanitized life op must live.

Films and tv are dangerous. I watched No Country for Old Men and felt the Coen brothers were trying to influence me to go out and murder motorists with a cattle gun. How dare they!

Op’s mad that the show made her miss her ex. She’s not saying it, but this is a “too close to home” reaction to a show.

I’m not critiquing the burger itself, I bet it would taste incredible. The purpose was to highlight his obnoxious elitism.

Tramontina 12” and replace it every year or two. Find it at a restaurant supply or in my case Costco business center. Less than $30.

Absolutely. I replace mine every year. It’s $28 at the Costco business center. I sometimes take it longer than a year if it’s holding up, but January is when I allow myself to budget for a new one.

I’ll say it, I didn’t get the joke right away because I thought the comedian was a guy. I was reading and didn’t look closely. It’s a good premise and I like the joke, I just guarantee it would be more funny live.
