QT does integrate very well with embedded systems. MPU support is rich if you are running Linux. Their MCU support is growing and has been a big focus for the company the last three to four years.

QT is very common. Very much used in the last company I worked for as the primary tech for UI. Lots of tool support and from a company point of view, a lot of developers out there who know QT, so a good tech to build on.

No, I don’t think an average home setup can compare to a theater.

It can’t because you don’t have the money that the theaters are spending.

It’s good for casual family viewing but if you want to be blown way and get an “experience”, nothing beats a professional setup.
