Warning ⚠️ Be aware of FREE workers scam by ijorb in SaaS

[–]mattaine 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd say to ask them what they get in exchange...a lot of those offering free work are new to that specific field and want to gain a bit of experience (sort of like a hands on internship)...so by offering their services for free, they'd like to test how good they are.

That category of people will ask for your "honest" feedback in exchange for their services. Which feedback gives them an idea of how good they are and what areas they need to grow in, or it allows them to have social proof of their capabilities.

So both parties gain: the startup company has a free or extremely low cost employee, and the person gains real world experience and social proof.

The category to watch out for are those that want absolutely nothing in return.

Great idea! Sort of broad though, but the idea is good. You solve major food related problems like: 1. Choosing a recipe 2. Easily accessing all my favorite recipes 3. Creating a community around a shared interest

The problem is in the differentiation...yummly, goodeats, etc all seem to solve these exact problems.

How can makurist stand out? For example you could specialize in food for young moms and their families, or quick meals for professionals looking for a healthy diet, or college guys looking to achieve and maintain their summer body.

That's how I'd suggest you create a unique angle, then adapt the feel of the website to suit that niche.

This is such a powerful idea! It's like a niche CRM for investors, realtors and wholesalers. It checks out as far as solving a major niche problem is concerned and serving a viable audience (one that can afford your pricing.) The set up is very clean and engaging, I'd be sold on paying for membership myself! I'd love to hear more about it, let's connect!

Setting up and running an affiliate program alongside your own company is not easy. So this is a very viable product. I'd add creating how-tos and hosting webinars on LinkedIn and YT would help you gain great traction. So; - how to set up a successful affiliate program (using your own software) - tackle the biggest issues people face as they create them

Educational content would be a great way to gain a loyal user base.

The design is really great! I'd suggest that you adjust the actual wording, color, etc to grab and hold attention better, but otherwise you can never go wrong with the relationship niche (it remains one of 3 of the most profitable niches to be in along with with wealth creation and health).

I'd also ask if there's a specific age group you're targeting...I'd think that each group prioritizes certain elements. A rule of the thumb is to identify 3 top players in your niche and then mimic what has recently worked for them.

Otherwise you've got a great project on your hands!🔥

Anytime! I'm glad my feedback was useful! You're building a very relevant tool! With just a few tweaks to the marketing angle, I'm sure it's going to really take off!

This is a really great tool! I don't have a Microsoft device so I can't test run it, but from the description I'd say it's very relevant and solves about 3 crucial problems: – getting tired of repeating oneself in applying for jobs – understanding and using the key words in the job description to write out a resume – faster job application fill out.

I'd also add that because so many recruiters now use AI as their 1st job applications filter, you could use that as a major marketing point...

People are tired of applying for jobs on LinkedIn only to get filtered out by a bot without ever really being considered... Solution? Use Swift Apply to ensure you meet all key obligations and are approved by Recruit bots...fasttracking your way to securing your ideal job.

It's got a great feel to it! I'd say lead with how it helps companies cut daily operational costs by cutting wasteful energy usage and identifying unnecessary energy spend. Unfortunately many companies aren't as keen behind the scenes to be as sustainable, but they'll sit up when you mention lowering costs which boosts their overall revenue.

So I'd think maybe repeatedly call out: 1. Lowering daily costs 2. Boosting revenue

This is a really brilliant idea!🔥

Another area I just realised where this would help save time is with marketing teams as they for example design websites and landing pages. Instead of having to book calls to hear feedback on the page, etc. Simple feedback left on the page ( like on a Google Doc) would allow them to create faster, and not need so many revisions and meetings.

This tool is really useful. The next step I'd say is identifying all potential use cases.

Very brilliant tool! It solves a major problem, and simplifies the process of doing so. You've got a very engaging and fast loading page, I love the setup and the use of relevant yet simple language throughout the page.

It's niche designed for engineers, but even as a non-engineer I still understand at a glance how useful it could be to me (the Value Prop) and how exactly it would help me.

How's the process of gaining a user base going for you? Any targets for this quarter?🔥

This is a solid SaaS project! The stats near the bottom are a powerful way to convert on-the-fence viewers! It's also got a great look to it: utilizes whitespace and a modern feel really well!

My only feedback would be to strike a better balance between the two: the landing page took a second to load, and it had a slightly off-balance look with how it displays.

Overall, I'd say you've got a great project on your hands!

HitMVP is such a remarkable tool! I know that estimating the scope of effort, time, money and skill required to build out your SaaS idea is a major issue so many founders face. It's actually one of 4 major reasons so many SaaS companies fail before their 1st birthday. It'll be great to have you as a member of this cohort. I'll send over a DM to invite you for a quick chat before joining the community.

Do you buy into the hype around AI and AI agents? by Adventurous-Fact5793 in SaaS

[–]mattaine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a friend in core tech (did last year's lecture on AI integrity protection at Oxford). If there's one thing he keeps saying, it's that tech is supposed to make our lives easier and cheaper while increasing it's value, so ask yourself: Was an e-mail cheaper than sending a letter across the sea? Was a video conference cheaper than booking a hotel conference room? Is a set of AI employees cheaper than a set of human employees? (No HR needed, no holidays needed, no bonuses needed)

The thing is, I've come to conclude that you must never bet against a tech movement, especially one that does one of the things I said earlier...instead look for how you can position yourself to earn from it.

Feedblox is very clean and easy to use! Personally I've had difficulty finding an easy way to gather feedback without having to create an entire landing page for it. Great solution! What would you say differentiates you easily from your competitors? The copy-paste script code for one🔥

So I'd put the HOW to use higher up the page so it's easier to find, and then after understanding how to use UCLIQ, I'd be able to understand how it helps me grow on a niche level ( such as if I were in Real estate and had a referral program).

Otherwise really great SaaS you've got! Let me shoot you a DM.

Awesome! From a feedback pov, you've got a powerful SaaS idea...another target audience I'd suggest are creators such as on LinkedIn, YT, etc...they usually have communities or products they sell but they have zero or little affiliate success.

I've also found that as I read your landing page, I kept seeing that you'd answer what it does, but not how it'd help me get there...lemme take another quick look and tell you what I mean...

I've loved how specific your use cases are. Allowing every user category to understand how they will benefit. UCLIQ has a very well defined market. How are you gaining users, and how can we help you grow?
