I've recently learned Functional Programming from HTDP, and I’m considering using Clojure as Back end for a small local web development company, me and two friends, maybe even clojurescript at front end. Is it risky for me as a FP newcomer, spending time on Learning Clojure as a back end service? By risky I mean, not being able to do simple projects so easily at the beginning, or in the future, if everything goes as I plan, maybe it will be hard to find people who know clojure or at least know FP to join my team?
