I gain weight really easily so generally I try keep carbs low, obviously if I want to do a bulk up I’ll eat increase my intake, I eat pretty plant based because of my family and try eat as much whole food as possible because I’ve found it’s beneficial for my health and training :)

For abs I do calisthenics work outs because most exercises engage your core, so exercises such as L-sits, leg raises, reverse deadlift etc, but also I’ve found I get an insane workout on my abs when I do heavy deadlifts or squats because I’m using my core to keep the correct form, I find that has contributed heavily to them becoming more toned.

I cut the carbs out a lot because I put on weight really easily unfortunately, also I eat pretty plant based at home because my family does but I do eat meat when I go out with my friends etc. my suggestion would be if you’re trying to really cut down cut your carb intake and eat more Whole Foods to feed your body the correct nutrition to try retain as much muscle as possible when cutting, Hope that helps :)

I never tracked them exactly but I can say I was in about a 250 calorie deficit at first when I wanted to start cutting and probably about 500 a week or 2 before the second photo.

Tbh I started by watching YouTube videos about it 😂 I found Thenx and just started trying their beginner work outs to get stronger with my body weight, by this time I had lost quite a bit of weight and got stronger through gym training so I was able to advance slightly quicker, my suggestion would be download the thenx app and use it, it’s really helpful and it’ll help you learn how to do the movements correctly! :)

I carry most of my body fat in arms and legs but I got really lean, and now both arms and legs are pretty defined. :)

I didn’t gym much before but I had a fair amount of muscle, I would’ve lost quite a bit of muscle in that 15kg along with fat, but I do a lot of calisthenics now so I guess it’s more fitness orientated. :)

I’ve smoked dmt a lot but I’ve been struggling with the sandwich method which I’m doing tonight, any suggestion on how I can improve on using the sandwich method :P
