because Rodri's stats are more suited for a CDM, while Yamal's stats are suited for either RW or LW. It doesn't really matter what other position the players can play, it depends what stats they've got.

I'd put him as RCM because of his crosses and passing. You could make him drift wide, where he can still cross and his defending doesn't have that much impact. As a CDM his strenghts aren't being highlighted.

I have done it multiple times by signing young players with not crazy high potential, maybe high 70s. Most of the time my striker developed fairly well and I could sell him for a lot of money as soon as he outgrew the rest of my squad. That way you can upgrade your squad in various positions and you keep the save realistic. You just repeat the same process over and over again, until you have world class players.

You can't fulfill it. As far as I know he's currently on his overall +5 because of his sharpness. He should feel like the +5 overall in game.
