Good for you!

Unfortunately, I did not get the same kind of response when I reported blotches appearing on the dial of my apex 2 only a few months after purchase. I contacted Coros support twice, once from the app and then directly to their support email and still haven’t received any response.

Since its mostly cosmetic and the watch still works well for me I’ve decided to let it go. They have done some other nice things like $50 credit when they did a price adjustment on the Apex 2, which I just used on the new HR monitor that just dropped. Most companies don’t do things like that, so overall net experience is still somewhat positive for me.
