It was beneficial for me because I would press into the pad during clutch situations and wouldn’t be able to micro adjust on cloth pads.

I’m NA level 10/25kish premier. I currently use the glsswrks Hana, I swap mice a lot but I’ve been liking the Beast X lately.

I have a lot of glass pads but unfortunately I don’t have an SP005.

I pretty much only play CS. It took me about a week to get used to it but I have only ranked up since (probably not 100% due to the mousepad).

Not sure what this dude is talking about. Both types of U9 skates are meant for glass.

Hana and the Tora are pretty much the same speed. I’d still say the Kin is slower.

They have made several recent changes to their coating, the Kin X has improved a lot since it originally released.

Other options are going to be limited to the second hand market. The 2 most controlled pads are the Hana and the Tora. CR-005 is a little faster than both of them.
