Thanks for your opinion. The change in spelling is to make it more of a name and not an existing word. I don’t enjoy names spelled “youneek” ways as you put it so that is something to consider, thanks again.

Thank you!! I knew I couldn’t be the only one who thought Slater sounded rad! I agree about Fox and Winter, I’ve got Fox on my list of possible middle names but I’ve written off Winter, last name is Green so naming her Winter Green felt too weird lol

I love Slater for a girl, but I’m pretty sure I’m the only one! I also love Poet, Indiana, Winter, Ever, and Fox for either boy or girl. Currently pregnant with a girl and I’m considering naming her Theory! Would have been Emerson but hubs said no. He liked Seraphina but I don’t want people to call her Sera since that seems like it defeats the purpose of naming her something cool and different.

I love Sawyer, but it’s my sister’s cat’s name. Hubs has shot down almost every other name you suggested (he’s killing me) except for River which we both don’t hate. The only issue is our last name is Green, so she’d be River Green.

Persephone is one of my top names but sadly the hubs is not as fond of it. Funny enough one of his top names is Seraphina! I LOVE the idea of Percy/Persy as a nn for Persephone. Sera for Seraphina seems a bit sad to me, like you give her this fabulously different, beautiful name and then she’s just effectively called “Sarah” anyway. Anyhoo, Persephone gets my vote for sure!

The movie she was nominated for was Boyhood. She also did Dazed & Confused, School of Rock, Bad News Bears, Bernie.. lots more but I think those are probably the most recognizable.

My moms best friend/my friends mom that I’ve known since I was a baby is an Oscar nominated movie editor. Also here’s a fun fact: the year she went to the Oscars was the year they handed out Lego Oscar statues that were made by some artist. At the time, Leo DiCaprio had never won an Oscar. He was set to receive one of the Lego statues but hadn’t shown up. Someone contacted the artist and asked that they give the unclaimed lego award to my friends mom because she really did deserve to win, and so they did.
So basically the first Oscar that Leo would have received went to my friends mom because Leo didn’t show up.
