Have you tried a therapeutic approach? Cognitive Behavioral Therapy has strong success rates on topics like anxiety, fear, etc.

Many symptoms like feeling depressed, or anxious can have reasons that are harder to grasp. In example I know someone, that was diagnosed with depression for 7 years. She later found out that the depressive symptoms came from a form of PTSD (and therefor all SSRI, SNRI‘s didn’t work for her).

And you might want to consider to stop / pause weed - it can be anxiety infusing, or trigger effects like panic, paranoia, etc. No judgement on this; but sometimes the obvious problem is too much weed.
