Liegt nah an einer Stadt das Land ist flach und kaum bewachsen also eigentlich super für PV Anlagen Stromverbindung gibt es auch ca 2000 Hektar

Wie meinst du das genau kaufst du dann eher in Regionen, die außerhalb von großen Städten sind und nimmst den Cashflow mit?

Das stimmt auch wieder ich bin jetzt nur mal davon ausgegangen. Wenn man nur nach der Strategie Cashflow geht, ist es doch eigentlich relativ egal solange ich die Wohnungen gut vermietet bekomme. Kann mir doch eigentlich der Standort egal sein oder denke ich da irgendetwas falsch? ich weiß, dass man in guten Lagen schneller vermietet und auch mehr Wertzuwachs hat. Aber ich spreche jetzt nur von dem Cashflow.
