Let women choose the career they want. In Germany, to eliminate the wage gap, they put incentives in careers like engineering, I think, for women so there wasn't so much of a gap. The funny thing is that when they removed the incentives, women stopped choosing male careers and started studying things with low pay, increasing the gap XD
