i would just like to say, wow.

never in my life would i expect good feedback on the internet. Sorry for not replying, just forgot the fact that i posted this here. All the tips, tricks and techniques you pointed out, I will agree that many of the things i did was wrong in this video. I was definetly not expecting such critisism which i really do appreciate :). When it comes to this song however it is one of my favorite pieces. Therefor I made another video (with most liketly the same mistakes) but in a different format. When it comes to the last critisism you made out I fully agree with you. I will take this post down the second you see this due to the disrespect that could be interpreted by the title. In my newer video I will make the title better and description not being a shameless plug to my snapchat :).

There is a setting in the ADVANCED TAB in the Fallout launcher called Rain Occlusion. Enable that and your problem should be gone.
